Teri Mahlmann

Teri has over 30 years of financial services industry experience gained from a broad range of accounting and operational roles.  Most recently Teri was a Senior Vice President of Finance at Gurtin Municipal Bond Management, a $14 billion investment management firm that was acquired by PIMCO in 2019, where she was an employee at the initial founding of the company, and established and oversaw the firm’s portfolio accounting, reporting and finance functions.  Teri began her career as an Investment Manager with Lane Bank Group in Chicago.  She then joined The Chicago Corporation as an Analyst and Administrator for the Midwest Bank Funds, a series of limited partnership funds investing in local and regional bank M&A candidates.  Teri has also worked as an independent consultant to the financial services industry, taking on investment accounting-related projects for high-profile companies including Household International, Morgan Stanley, and Citadel.

Teri received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University and holds a Certified Public Accountant designation (CPA, registered in Illinois).
